Los cinco culpables del dolor dental fuerte

Una de las situaciones que molestan más en sufrir de dolor de dientes. Ahora se puede detectar cuando el dolor de dientes pasa ser un motivo de preocupación, la diferencia es cómo ha iniciado el dolor.

Ciertos problemas son simples de solucionar, mientras que otros son de un problema mucho más complicado que se tendrá que ir a un odontólogo. 

Ahora según los síntomas, el paciente y el odontólogo pueden crear un plan adecuado para el tratamiento que le diga adiós al dolor de dientes para que pueda regresar a la rutina diaria sin ningún problema.

El Absceso:

Un absceso es uno de los inconvenientes más desagradables y aquella acumulación de pus ocasionada por una infección bacteriana. El absceso se puede crear en distintas zonas del diente por diferentes motivos. Un absceso periapical se genera en la punta de la raíz, mientras que el absceso periodontal se crea en las encías, justamente al lado de la raíz del diente.

Los odontólogos tratarán el absceso dental con la técnica del drenado y así sacar la infección. Es probable que se pueda salvar el diente con el procedimiento de conducto, pero en ciertos casos, es posible que se deba extraer el diente afectado.

Las Cavidades:

En el caso se desgaste el esmalte al punto de dejar a la vista los nervios del diente, tiene una cavidad. Varias veces, este tipo de cavidades provocan un dolor muy agudo, sobre todo cuando se muerde algo duro, que no necesariamente debe ser frío o calor para generar dolor. En sí las cavidades son fisuras en los dientes, pero se debe tener en cuenta que puede conducir a infecciones mucho más complicadas, por lo cual es esencial visitar al odontólogo lo más pronto posible, en caso de sospecha de tener una cavidad.

El Esmalte desgastado:

Por ejemplo, tomar un té caliente o morder una paleta con hielo esto provoca dolor, la sensibilidad al calor o al frío puede ser un inconveniente que va mucho más allá de una simple dieta. 

La sensibilidad a ciertas temperaturas es un efecto secundario del daño en el esmalte, lo cual no se puede recuperar una vez se encuentra desgastado. El esmalte que está dañado es una erosión del mineral que protege toda la superficie del diente.

Un diente fracturado:

Puede suceder cuando se realiza una mordida a un alimento duro o también fue causado por un accidente (una caída), indiferente del motivo, los dientes fracturados en definitiva pueden dar lugar a un dolor intenso, ya que están expuestos los nervios en el interior del diente. En este caso el dentista puede colocar una corona, que es una cubierta sintética para sellar la grieta existente.

El Relleno dental:

Los rellenos y las coronas están fabricados para soluciones de mayor duración para los inconvenientes dentales, de vez en cuando puede suceder una grieta, un aflojamiento o caerse. En esta circunstancia es posible que el dolor sea muy intenso en los dientes que surja los nervios expuestos, si sucede este problema es recomendable dirigirse al dentista para realizar la reparación o el reemplazo correspondiente.
